Community Guidelines
Last updated August 25, 2026
Cenaiva is a place to discover great dining. These Community Guidelines apply to everything you share on Cenaiva — reviews and ratings, and Snap photos and videos — and they work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We want the content here to be genuine, respectful, and safe for everyone, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.
Share content that is yours and honest
- Only post content you created or have the rights to share, and make sure anyone shown in it has agreed to appear.
- Reviews must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience. Don’t post fake, incentivised, or paid reviews, or reviews for a business you own or compete with.
- Keep it relevant to the dining experience — the food, the service, the venue.
What is not allowed
Do not post, upload, or share content that:
- is unlawful, or promotes illegal activity;
- is hateful, harassing, threatening, or attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- is violent, gory, or promotes self-harm;
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts nudity;
- bullies, defames, or targets an individual, including restaurant staff or delivery drivers;
- reveals someone else’s private or personal information;
- impersonates another person or business, or is deceptive or fraudulent;
- is spam, a scam, or advertising;
- infringes anyone’s intellectual-property or other rights;
- contains malware or attempts to compromise the service or its users.
Reporting content
If you see content that breaks these Guidelines, please report it so we can act:
- Reviews: use the Report link on the review.
- Snap content or anything else: email report@cenaiva.com with a link or description.
We review reports and act on objectionable content promptly. Snap photos and videos are reviewed by a moderator before they are published to any Cenaiva channel.
What happens when the rules are broken
We may remove or hide content, decline to publish it, and — for serious or repeated violations — suspend or terminate the account responsible. We may also report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities. Where the law requires, we act on valid takedown requests.
Blocking and account controls
You can delete your own reviews and content at any time, and you can delete your account (Account → Delete account). If someone is harassing you through content on Cenaiva, report it to report@cenaiva.com and we will take appropriate action.
Changes
We may update these Guidelines from time to time; we’ll post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date.
