Accessibility

Last updated August 25, 2026

Cenaiva, operated by Autor Technologies Inc., is committed to making our Services usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to discover restaurants, book, order, and track a delivery with ease.

Our conformance target

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to align with the accessibility requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and comparable Canadian standards. Accessibility is part of how we design and build, not a one-time review.

What we do

  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states across the Services.
  • Aim for sufficient colour contrast and scalable text.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and label form fields.
  • Design for use with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
  • Respect reduced-motion preferences.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an area of continuous improvement. Some third-party content (for example, restaurant-supplied menus and photos, or maps) may not yet fully meet our target, and we work to address barriers as we find them. If part of the Services does not work for you, please tell us — your feedback directly shapes our fixes.

Alternative formats

If you need information from the Services in an alternative format, or need help completing a booking or order, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or assistance you need in a timely way.

Give feedback or report a barrier

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Cenaiva. If you encounter a barrier, please email accessibility@cenaiva.com and, where you can, include the page or feature, what happened, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge feedback promptly and to respond in a way that meets your needs.
